Naxos Island is reputed for
the beautiful sandy beaches.
There are over 40 Kilometres of beaches
to choose from, and most of them are sandy. There are
popular and busy beaches with facilities as well as
quiet and remote beaches.
The south west of Naxos is almost one
beach, interrupted by a few peninsulas. North east and
north west beaches are beautiful too, while the road
south to Moutsouna leads to Panormos an almost
undiscovered beach.
